Where do you ship to?

We provide shipping to customers within the Republic of Ireland. We also offer a Click & Collect service from our Meath Street store.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over €60 and provide a €6 paid shipping service for orders under that threshold. We also offer a free Click & Collect option for anyone who wants to collect their order in store.

How does Click & Collect work?

Place and pay for your order as usual, selecting the Click & Collect option for shipping during the checkout process. Once your order is ready to collect, we'll let you know by email and you can pop in to the store during our opening hours. You will need to bring a copy of the email and a photo ID with you when picking your order up to verify your purchase.

How long does it take to fulfil an order?

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, so you should receive your order 1-2 days after it is shipped. For Click & Collect purchases, you will be notified as soon as we have your order ready for collection.

What if my items are damaged? Can I get a refund?

If you receive a damaged item, then email to arrange the return of the damaged goods within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will send an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Check out our full returns & refunds policy for more information.

What if I make a mistake in my order or want to return an item?

If you get in touch before we ship the order, that's no problem. Send an email to as soon as possible to let us know what the problem is - our support team will be happy to help. We will accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase (except for non-returnable items listed here).
